Although he may not have emerged as quickly as his Wu-Tang Clan brethren, Masta Killa has become one of the Clans most reliable foot soldiers in the 21st century. In 2004, he released the gritty Wu classic No Said Date, becoming the last Wu-Tang member to release a solo album. Since then, MK has released another acclaimed album (2006′s Made In Brookyn), and has appeared on numerous albums from the Wu family and beyond, including Raekwon‘s hugely successful Only Built 4 Cuban Linx…Pt. II.
Four years after releasing Made In Brooklyn, Masta Killa is back with a brand new 12-Inch, “Things Just Aint The Same” (b/w “Noodles Pt. 2″). The PF Cuttin-produced track is the first official single from Masta Killa’s long-awaited third studio album Loyalty Is Royalty, to be released later this year on Nature Sounds.
